Projekt se osredotoča na prepoznavanje in odpravljanje sistemske spregledanosti NVO v izobraževalnem okolju. To se zgodi zaradi nekritično izbranega ponudnika, hitro odločanje o ponudnikov, slabe promocije NVO, ki delujejo na kariernem svetovanju ali nenačrtno spregledanosti delovanja NVO na tem področju. Ključne aktivnosti vključujejo izvedbo raziskave o "diskriminatornih" oz. slabih praksah, usposabljanju NVO za spremljanje in poročanje, kampanjo ozaveščanja za šole in lokalno skupnost ter ciljno usmerjene zagovorniške aktivnosti. Končni cilj je uveljavitev modela sodelovanja med šolami in NVO, ki temelji na človekovih pravicah, vključevanju in vrednotah demokracije.

Projekt bo tako prispeval k večjemu razumevanju družbene vrednosti nevladnih organizacij ter krepitvi njihove vloge kot ključnih nosilcev demokracije, enakosti in aktivnega državljanstva v vzgojno-izobraževalnem prostoru.

Kaj bomo dosegli:

  • Večje razumevanje in priznanje vloge NVO v karierni vzgoji s strani šol.
  • Okrepljene zagovorniške in komunikacijske kapacitete NVO; s tem povečana pripravljenost šolskih institucij za sodelovanje z NVO pri vsebinah karierne vzgoje.
  • Jasno definiran model sodelovanja med šolami in NVO, Vzpostavljen model sodelovanja med NVO in šolami na področju karierne vzgoje, ki vključuje sistemske rešitev.
  • Uradni predlog za MVI in urad za mladino z jasnimi smernicami za vključevanje NVO v sistem karierne vzgoje.
  • Opolnomočene NVO za kakovostno sodelovanje s šolami ter za sistemsko zagovorništvo in šole za bolj enakovredno sodelovanje.

The project focuses on identifying and addressing the systemic neglect of CSOs within the educational environment. This happens due to the uncritical selection of service providers, rushed decision-making processes, weak promotion of CSOs active in career counselling, or the unintentional overlooking of their role in this field.

Key activities include conducting a study on “discriminatory” or poor practices, providing training for CSOs on monitoring and reporting, running an awareness campaign targeting schools and local communities, and implementing targeted advocacy activities. The ultimate goal is to establish a cooperation model between schools and CSOs based on human rights, inclusion, and democratic values.

The project will contribute to greater recognition of the social value of civil society organisations and strengthen their role as key actors in promoting democracy, equality, and active citizenship within the educational space.

Expected results:

  • Increased understanding and recognition by schools of the role of CSOs in career guidance.
  • Strengthened advocacy and communication capacities of CSOs, resulting in greater willingness among schools to collaborate with CSOs in the field of career education.
  • A clearly defined and operational model of cooperation between schools and CSOs in the field of career guidance, including systemic solutions.
  • An official proposal for the Ministry of Education and the Office for Youth with clear guidelines for integrating CSOs into the career guidance system.
  • Empowered CSOs for quality collaboration with schools, as well as empowered schools for more equal partnership with CSOs.
