IMPACT4VALUES 2.0

V okviru programa Impact4values 2.0 bomo objavili 4 razpise. Vsi razpisi bodo istočasno objavljeni v Sloveniji in na Hrvaškem. Razpisi bodo vsebinsko enaki, razlikovali se bodo le po sredstvih, ki bodo na voljo za posamezno državo. Slovenske nevladne organizacije svoje projektne ideje prijavijo na CNVOS, hrvaške pa na hrvaški partnerski organizaciji, Slagalica in Solidarna.

 

Razpis za mreže nevladnih organizacij za zaščito vrednot EU

Datum objave: 31. marec 2025. Rok prijave: 2. junij 2025 do 12.00 ure.

Namen javnega razpisa: Podpreti formalne in aktivne neformalne mreže NVO pri njihovih prizadevanjih za zaščito in spodbujanje vrednot Evropske unije ter jim zagotoviti obsežno podporo za krepitev zmogljivosti.

 
 

Razpis za razvoj programov nevladnih organizacij in vsebinskih podpornih centrov

Ponovna objava razpisa za Sklop 2 – vsebinski podporni centri: 5. 11. 2025
Rok za oddajo projektnih prijav: 5. 1. 2026 do 12.00

Namen financiranja za Sklop 2: Podpora vsebinskim podpornim centrom, ki bodo gradili kapacitete nevladnih organizacij na vseh treh prednostnih programskih področjih (demokracija, človekove pravice, podnebne spremembe).

 
 

Javni poziv za spodbujanje udeležbe na volitvah – Go out and vote!

Datum objave: 5. september 2025. Začetni datum sprejemanja prijav: 5. november 2025. Javni poziv za Slovenijo je zaradi porabe sredstev trenutno zaprt.

Cilj javnega poziva je podpreti nevladne organizacije v Sloveniji pri izvajanju akcij in kampanj, ki ljudi spodbujajo h glasovanju za obrambo vrednot EU.

 
 

Razpis za male organizacije (grass-roots)

Datum objave: 9. januar 2026. Rok prijave: 9. marec 2026 do 12. ure

Namen razpisa: Podpreti lokalne nevladne organizacije pri njihovem prizadevanju za zaščito in promocijo vrednot EU ter zagotoviti podporo za njihov razvoj.

 
 
 

Within the IMPACT4VALUES 2.0 program, 4 calls for proposals will be launched. All calls will be simultaneously announced in Slovenia and Croatia. The calls will be identical in content, with differences only in the funds available for each country. Slovenian non-governmental organizations will submit their project ideas to CNVOS, while Croatian NGOs will submit theirs to the Croatian partner organization, Slagalica and Solidarna.

Overview of open/planned calls for proposals:

Purpose of the call: support CSO networks in their efforts to defend and promote the EU values, while offering them extensive capacity building support One call for both countries published in both languages.

Money available: 600.000 EUR (Slovenia: 300.000, Croatia: 300.000 EUR)

Project size: 60.000 EUR

Project duration: 24 months

Eligibility: Formally registered CSO networks in Slovenia and Croatia OR already functioning non-formal CSO networks (consortium)

Eligible applicants, partners and project proposals shall respect the fundamental rights and values on which the EU is funded. This will be confirmed by the self-declaration. In the cases of suspicion of breach (due diligence when shortlisted), the management board will decide about the eligibility.

Opening date of the call: 31. 3. 2025
Deadlines for submission of project proposals: 2. 6. 2025

One call for both countries published in both languages.

Money available: 2.520.000 EUR (Slovenia: 1.020.000, Croatia: 1.500.000 - division according to the size of the CSO sector)

LOT 1 – impact-oriented programme development and upgrade

Purpose: to support impact-oriented programme development and upgrade for enhanced protection of EU values, while offering them extensive capacity building support

Money available: 2.100.000 EUR (840.000 in SLO and 1.260.000 EUR in CRO)

Project size: 60.000 EUR Project duration: 18 – 24 months

Eligibility criteria:

  • Be established in Slovenia or Croatia as a non-profit making non-governmental organisation,
  • Established and functioning for at least three years before the application deadline.

LOT 2 – thematic resource centres

Purpose: to support thematic resource centres that will build capacities of CSOs in all three programme priority areas (democracy, human rights, climate change) /this LOT was introduced based on feedback from I4V grantees and interim evaluation recommendations that programmatic CB needs to be further increased.

Money available: 420.000 EUR (180.000 in Slovenia, 240.000 in Croatia)

Project size: 60.000 EUR

Project duration: 24 months

Eligibility criteria:

  • Be established in Slovenia or Croatia as a non-profit making non-governmental organisation,
  • Established and functioning for at least three years before the application deadline.
  • Partners are not eligible.

Opening date of the call: 25. 4. 2025
Deadlines for submission of project proposals: 26. 6. 2025

Purpose of the call: support to campaigns that motivate people to vote for defence of EU values.

Money available: 100.000 EUR (60.000 in Slovenia, and 40.000 for Croatia) – the budget of the call will be regularly up-dated with the left-over money from other calls

The call is an open-end call for proposals which will remain open until the budget is exhausted, or until 01/01/2028 at the latest.

Project size: From 1,000 to 10,000 EUR

Project duration: At least 1 month and at most 6 months (potential non-cost extension for up to 1 month).

Activities that would promote specific political parties are NOT eligible.

Eligibility criteria :

  • Be established in Slovenia or Croatia as a non-profit making non-governmental organisation,
  • Respect the fundamental rights and values on which the EU is funded, - confirmation by signing a declaration that they are not linked to any political party.
  • Project partners are eligible.
  • Activities that would promote specific political parties are NOT eligible.

Opening date of the call: 5. 9. 2025

Call submission: applications acceptable from 5th of November onward until the budget is exhausted, or until 01/01/2028 at the latest.

Purpose of the call: to support local, grassroot COSs’ impact-oriented project and upgrade for enhanced protection of EU in three programme priority areas (democracy, human rights, climate change), while offering them extensive capacity building support.

Money available: 600.000 EUR (240.000 in Slovenia, and 360.000 for Croatia)

Project size: 

  • From 10,000 to 30,000 EUR.
  • If project involves bilateral partnership (partners from Slovenia for Croatian applicants or vice-versa) then the max grant can be up to 40,000 EUR.

Project duration: 12-18months (with the possibility of 3-month non-cost extension)

Eligibility:

Eligible lead organisations should be established in Slovenia or Croatia and have an average yearly turnover for the last 3 years below 70,000 euros.

Eligible applicants for Slovenia are non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in compliance with the conditions set in the Article 2 of the Non-governmental Organisations Act (Official Gazette of Republic of Slovenia no. 21 /18).

Eligible applicants for Croatia are CSOs registered in the Register of Associations, listed in the Register of Non-Profit Organizations (RNO), maintaining transparent financial operations and established as a legal entity with a non-commercial purpose, independent of local, regional, or national administrations, public bodies, political parties and commercial organizations.

Opening date of the call: 9th of January 2026

Deadline for submission of project proposals: 9th of March, 2026 at noon
